Michael Hamilton is a lawyer and founder of M. H. Hamilton Law Office and currently practices in all areas of labour/employment law and civil litigation. Michael provides advice and representation on a wide range of issues including labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, wrongful dismissals, employment standards, employment contracts and human rights. Prior to founding M. H. Hamilton Law Office, Michael worked for the country’s largest labour/employment firm where he represented clients on a wide range of labour and employment matters.

Before entering into the practice of law, Michael obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University where he graduated with distinction and a J.D. from the University of Toronto. While attending law school, Michael sat as an executive member of the University’s legal aid clinic where he represented clients in a variety of court and tribunal hearings.
